QP reinforced the commitment to HSE with the recent reorganization and consolidation of HSE activities and the establishment of a direct line of reporting from Corporate HSE to the Minister of Energy & Industry. To achieve strategic HSE objectives QP’s HSE Regulation & Enforcement Directorate (DG) are seeking to hire multiple senior engineers. Mechanical Primary Purpose Furthermore support Professional Competence Division in the effective engagement of relevant government agencies through a "Partnering" and "Collaborative" approach and guide the division by promoting best HSE practice over and above HSE compliance. Additionally, support the investigation of all significant HSE incidents that require technical specialism in the Petroleum Industry and on occasion as a result of supervision outcomes, recommend to the Division the shutdown of a major petroleum operation based on technical fact.
