We are working exclusively with a leading service provider with operations across the Middle East. As a leading business in their field that has grown considerable over the last 5 years they are now looking to recruit a Regional Director.
Reporting into the CEO the role will be to provide leadership and management across the operating business units ensuring that the business maintains and grows throughout the Gulf. The role will be to drive the business forward by recognizing potential growth opportunities, developing key accounts and managing and developing a strong executive team, you will hold full P&L responsibility.
You will be strategically aware with the ability to grow a business and be able to inspire and motivate at all levels. A Masters in Business or Engineering with exposure to environment and waste management industries is essential. You must have extensive experience of working at an international level in a senior appointment preferable within the Middle East.
