Job Description: 

Occupational Therapist required for Neuro rehabilitation unit in Cheshire.
Our client is a state of the art facility, providing specialist accommodation and rehabilitation facilities for most acute and long-term neurological conditions. These include: Brain injured adults with traumatic or non-traumatic injury ranging from those with disorders of consciousness and minimal conscious state to those with cognitive and behavioural disabilities.
As an OT you will be required to design a therapeutic program to reduce limitation, improve function, and adapt the environment, to help the patient return to the highest level of independence in daily activities.
Some of the interventions include: assessment and treatment of executive functions, perceptual impairments personal care, domestic activities and community tasks e.g. shopping, budgeting, and home assessment.

Requirements:
Experienced with working with ABI or Neurological disorders
HPC Registered
Post qualification experience.
