Onsite Warrington clinic upto £34k
PAM OH Solutions (People Asset Management) provides occupational health services to a range of multi-national clients in the private sector and public sector organisations. The business is privately owned by its directors who have a wealth of experience in providing occupational health services, employment law and business management. Since the launch, the business has built a strong portfolio of clients throughout the UK and has a comprehensive range of qualified staff based regionally in order to maintain its growth.
As a result of further expansion we are now looking to recruit an experienced Occupational Health Advisor to work in our Warrington clinic and with various key clients.
You will be responsible for pro-active Sickness Absence Management of short and long term absence cases, both face to face and via telephone consultations. You will be involved in advising on phased return to work programmes. A proven track record in case management and enabling reduced absence is essential.
Hospital experience including vaccinations and venopuncture. You will need to ensure compliance with the relevant legislation and co-ordinate defined occupational health activities.
The ideal candidate will hold a qualification in Occupational Health (Diploma/Degree) and have 3 years experience working in an occupational health role. They will be self motivated and self managing. Have proven Report writing skills have excellent verbal and written communication skills and be computer literate.
