 Our client, an accommodation management and development group, is looking to appoint a regionally based Health, Safety and CDM Officer to cover South London and the far South East Counties. Reporting to the H&S/CDM Manager, but working on your own initiative, you will support the roll-out of the H&S strategy and bring health and safety standards and practices to a high standard using a pragmatic approach. You will provide the CDM Co-ordinator role for maintenance projects, be professionally competent with a minimum of a NEBOSH Diploma or equivalent and have relevant experience. However your approach and attitude will be more important than your academic qualifications. You will be a strong team player who is happy to have a hands-on approach in helping to achieve a 'safety culture' and be willing to undertake personal development as necessary. |
