A global real estate organisation is looking to hire a Global Health, Safety and Environment Manager to manage a specific global client Working as a subject matter expert within the organisation, you will be responsible for H&S compliance, ensuring it is measured and reported in accordance with contractual and legislative requirements. You will need to take action and address non conforming personnel, ensuring they are addressed affectively and efficiently. You will be the primary H&S interface between the client and the global network, ensuring processes are deployed across the client account, as well as devising and implementing risk assessments globally and an audit program to monitor compliance. You will devise and implement an energy / environmental management assessment process, and manage the collection of the relevant data to prepare monthly status reports against KPI’s. Training subordinates and stakeholders is vital within this role, as well as software maintenance, reporting changes, driving best practice (identified through audits) and developing / implementing environmental programs to improve environmental performance. You will be managing up to 4 direct reports. The successful candidate will have strong client relationship management skills, ideally within a real estate or related industry, with excellent knoledge and qualifications within H&S on a global basis. Strong analytical and planning skills are essential, along with commercial and strategic awareness and the ability to remain calm and focussed in crisis.
