 A large advertising company are looking to recruit a regional Health & Safety Rail advisor for the London and South East region. Key Responsibilities * Set and maintain standards of H&S practice, to advise, train and coach employees at all levels and audit sites. * Ensuring health and safety procedures are regularly developed to meet and exceed internal and external customer expectations and to satisfy legislation. * Promoting individual awareness of the importance of health and safety and to create an environment that generates automatically, a high focus on health and safety awareness. * Delivery of Railway Safety Awareness training to internal staff and Contractors on a bi-annual basis as appropriate in accordance with Network Rail requirements. Key Skills and Qualifications * 2 Years experience in an operational safety advisory role. * Must have experience the railway or construction industry * Must hold NEBOSH Construction certificate and be Tech-IOSH status. * Construction Skills Certification Scheme * Network Rail Personal Track Safety (PTS) * Experience in designing and delivering safety training. Person Specification * Flexible approach, as role includes nights and extensive travel. * Enjoy working in changeable, operational environments. * Self-Motivated, to constantly improve Health and Safety standards. |
