Occupational Health Advisor – Southall – 3 days a week + travel ONCE A MONTH - Permanent
Our client a leading international food manufacturer is looking for an OHA to work 3 days a week on a perm basis from their site in Southall. You will be required to travel to other sites in the UK at least once a month but initially for the first few months it is likely you will not travel at all and just be settling in Southall. The other UK sites are in Warrington, Nuneaton, Bristol, Southampton, Kent, Cambridge, Kirby and Glasgow. Your hours are 8.30 – 5pm. You will be responsible for managing Occupational Health in conjunction with the Company Occupational Health Doctor and undertake a full remit which would include……Manage Pre-employment Health Assessments, a full health screening programme, complete risk assessments on pregnant employees and computer workstations, manage the Occupational First Aid Program & AED Program, deliver manual handling training, manage the on-site Occupational Health centre with equipment and supplies and maintain medical records & files. You will of course be in constant liaison with HR and Department managers on worker ill-health and employee Return-to-Work.
Salary: £20 – 25K actual for 3 days so 33k - 41K Full Time Equivalent (depending on experience) + 20 days holiday.
