 As Group Head, you will lead and manage not only the vital function of Health and Safety in the organisation, but also the wider remit of Safety Leadership, incorporating the CSR agenda and the provision of Technical Training. This is an exciting time to join and be part of a team that is central to driving change in the organisation. The role reports to the HR Director and is part of the award winning HR Team. To be successful in this role you will be not only an expert in your field, but also have sound commercial acumen, strong interpersonal skills and infectious enthusiasm to make a difference. NEBOSH Diploma or equivalent is essential together with an Environmental qualification. |
