Reporting into the Legal Director this new role will be to lead Safety to build, develop and create strong systems and relationships throughout the organisation with a view to achieving a positive safety culture.
Candidates should demonstrate a track record of leading teams successfully, an ability to manage at a senior level, develop robust systems within a group set-up and motivate and inspire throughout organisations. A background in construction is essential. This is an excellent opportunity to join a dynamic business who is striving to develop world class safety systems in its field.
