The Environmental, Health and Safety division of the RSK Group, is one of the UK’s largest independent environmental consultancies, helping to manage the risk of Legionnaires disease. Their services include Risk Assessments, monitoring, preparation of policies and procedures, project management, auditing and training. RSK STATS EHS Ltd boasts a vast array of clients from local authorities such as Nuneaton & Bedworth Borough Council to Hotels and Care Homes, this is an exciting division to join and growing fast!! We are now looking to recruit a dynamic Risk Assessor to join the expanding team in Hemel Hempstead. Qualifications relating to Water Hygiene are essential. Legionella Risk Assessor –Hemel Hempstead Responsibilities Monthly outlet monitoring, Shower cleaning and inspections Legionella Risk Assessments Working across the UK to travel to client sites, as and when required Being able to work at height e.g. to survey roof tanks Report writing Direct liaison with clients Project Management Business Development Person Specification City and Guilds in Hot and Cold water systems (preferred) P901 & P902 BOHS qualifications Experience of working with cooling towers (advantageous) Familiar with MS Office, particularly Word, Excel and Outlook Candidates should work well on their own initiative, under pressure and also within part of a team Good communication skills Full UK driving licence Candidates will be expected to use their own vehicles and claim back mileage Salary - £20 - £25k depending on experience All candidates applying for positions with RSK Group must be eligible to work in the UK/European Economic Area.
