We are seeking an experienced Senior Analyst/Senior Surveyor to conduct inspection and testing work .Duties will include: •Asbestos air monitoring (sampling and analysis) on various clients' premises primarily during/following asbestos removal works but also for other reasons.•To supervise asbestos removal contractors during their works to ensure that they comply with legislation requirements designed to protect their health and that of other people in the vicinity.•To undertake bulk sampling of asbestos materials for identification purposes.•To undertake surveys of various building in order to locate, identify, and assess the condition asbestos containing material to produce various reports for clients. •To liaise with clients and provide advice on all aspects of asbestos and its management You will be qualified to BOSH S301 asbestos and other fibres, P402, P403, and P404. A degree qualification in a scientific discipline would be beneficial. A minimum of three years experience is Salary: £27,000+vehicle+bens. Date posted: 06/12/2011 |
