A P403 and P404 qualified asbestos analyst is required for an ongoing AdHoc contract on an industrial plant with a consultancy who has enough fulltime analytical work for one person for a year in the Bristol and Plymouth areas. The consultancy already have the services of a retained analyst who will be carry out the bulk of the work, but that analyst will not always be available, hence they are looking for one other person who can drop in on an AdHoc basis (with plenty of notice given). They envisage you may be needed for maybe 1 to 2 days on the weeks where you are working, whilst some months they may use you every week and on others not at all, i.e. it will be very fluid so this contract will ideally suit someone who is looking to supplement an alternative work stream. The pay will be at a pre-agreed flat day rate (negotiable within reason) and you will be provided you with a van, petrol and equipment so on the days you are needed so you will incur no additional costs.
