Job: Asbestos Surveyor (P402), Leeds, Manchester, Newcastle based northern surveyor, up to £25,000 My client is a northern based national consultancy who offer a full range of environmental management services to a national client base. The consultancy are fully UKAS accredited and have an excellent track record of delivering outstanding environmental reports to a diverse range of private and public sector clients. Because of this organisations excellent reputation within the compliance sector they have built up an unrivalled portfolio of exciting projects that are often joint ventures with other parts of the group. These can often tend to be massive industrial sites that are riddled with many different types of unseen asbestos which prove a great challenge for any surveyor. The Job: A P402 qualified surveyor is required to join a team of highly qualified asbestos specialists to work on a variety of contracts around the northern region. The role will entail carrying out asbestos surveys on various types of buildings where you will be working out in the field to your own schedules. You will report your surveys either directly in the office or by emailing or posting results remotely. My client will offer you second to none UKAS training as they pride themselves on having the most qualified staff in the industry. As well as this you will be assured of having a structured career path mapped out for you as staff enrichment is at the centre of everything this consultancy do. For candidates who are interested, their will also be eventual opportunities to move into other environmental areas such as waste management, energy and water since the company work in a horizontal matrix.
