A highly established commercial multi disciplinary consultancy is currently looking for an Asbestos Project Manager who must have the Asbestos P402, P403 and P404 qualifications and also have at least 2 years' proven experience within the asbestos field to manage large, prestigious asbestos contracts in the UK. You will be based in the London office and reporting to the Principal Consultant and Director. You will be required to perform quite an all round project manager job where you will tend to be in quite a client facing position, both on a business development and consultative basis. Day to day duties will include Management / coordination of surveying and analytical work running out of the office.Proactive and reactive client liaison (client and contractor). Delivering projects within time and budget.Reporting progress to directors.Producing method statements.Risk assessments.Technical specifications for asbestos removal works. Quotations for survey and abatement projects.Working alongside technical staff to carry out asbestos surveys and environmental activities. Training and development of team.
