Asbestos Surveyor Essex This is an excellent opportunity to join a UKAS accredited asbestos management consultancy which boasts a prestigious client base across the South East region. They are looking for a fully qualified (P402) asbestos consultant to join their team which is based in Essex. There is also the option to be home based, for the right candidate, if you are based elsewhere in the London/South East region. Our client is committed to professional development so you shall be actively encouraged to gain further qualifications to ultimately work towards S301 and CCP status. If you are looking for a fresh, exciting and long term challenge within the asbestos industry then apply now! Qualifications: P402 qualified and a full UK driving licence and good IT skills (MS Office). The successful candidate shall have upwards of 6 months asbestos surveying experience. Salary: Negotiable and naturally commensurate with relevant experience/qualifications (£18-26k) Benefits: Expensed company vehicle, paid overtime, mobile phone, lap top, pension scheme and much more Duties Include: • Undertaking asbestos surveys on industrial, commercial and residential building types • Producing asbestos management plans • Liaising with clients, regulatory bodies and Project Managers • Supervising contractors on site • Attending meetings and training seminars Salary: £negotiable.
