Job: Asbestos Surveyors, various locations aroundScotland, flexible terms Asbestos surveyors are required for a programme of works that are about to commence around various Scottish locations. The project portfolios include residential and commercial type properties whist you will be given a sub-portfolio that you will manage yourself, hence this is a home based role. The project portfolio is a rolling programmes of works hence this role is one of longevity. You will carry out management and demolition type asbestos surveys on properties contained within your sub portfolio, whilst you will be expected to achieve a company average run rate per week. You will upload your work to the central office on a PDA that will be issued to you at the start of your contract, whilst you will be expected to post your samples and supporting photographs on a weekly basis (pre-paid mail envelopes will be provided). About You: You will be a P402 (minimum) qualified surveyor who has at least 6 months post qualification experience. Additional Information: Surveyors taken on for staff positions will be supplied with a car and fuel card; whilst sub-contract surveyors must provide their own transportation (mileage allowance will be added).
