An excellent opportunity for a Process Safety Engineer to join our client who is involved in the Oil & Gas sector and provides a recognised forum for members to discuss, establish and present a consistent view on strategic issues of mutual interest relating to the safe operation and maintenance within the Oil & Gas industry.
This is a new role created to provide Technical Risk Management and Safety Engineering support to all aspects of the business including Projects and Operations as well as development of COMAH safety reports.
Candidates should be flexible in their approach with the ability to work alone and as part of a team with strong self motivation to succeed. It will be necessary for candidates to be of graduate calibre in an engineering discipline with experience of risk management techniques such as; HAZOPs, HAZIDs, FMECA and Design Reviews.
Experience in the Oil & Gas sector is required with working knowledge of management systems 9001, 14001 and 18001 with a clear ability to drive the values of process safety in day to day behaviours.
