Our client who is a global leading project management, consultancy and engineering company requires a Fire Protection Engineer to provide expertise within a technical SHE section for multi-disciplinary teams.
The role will be based in the North East of England and will provide expertise within oil, gas, petrochemical, power generation, carbon capture and storage. Other responsibilities include; executing fire system hydraulic calculations using PIPENET software, developing fire protection philosophies for projects.
Candidates should hold a qualification within engineering and have a strong background within the onshore oil and gas, chemical, petrochemical, renewables, power or nuclear sectors. An appropriate fire protection engineering qualification and knowledge of NFPA and related standards would be an advantage.
